Refund Policy handles refunds on behalf of stores and clients. Thanks for shopping with We appreciate the fact that you like our member products. We also want to make sure you have a rewarding experience while you’re exploring, evaluating, and purchasing our members' products, whether you’re at their store or online, or on the phone with the Customer Service Centre.

Returns We fundamentally believe you will be thrilled with the products you purchase from any of our member stores. That’s because we go out of our way to ensure that those members are verified, checked and certified. Our site is a business social network, so to open a store, our members must meet strict guidelines. With external QA and QC, we make sure the sellers fulfil your product needs.

We understand, however, that sometimes a product may not be what you expected it to be. In that unlikely event, we invite you to review the following terms related to returning a product. For product returns, you may return your undamaged goods with any included accessories within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Here’s the important part: returning your products should be done firstly by contacting the store owner, followed by contacting us to ensure full investigations carried out on that particular product. For any other product, simply return it with the original receipt (or gift receipt) and original packaging within 14 days of the date you receive the product. If the item is returned within this timeframe, we’ll exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. For returns to a physical Store for cash, cash equivalent, and check transactions over $250, will refund that amount by Paypal, 2Co, cheque or bank deposit (in Australia and Malaysia). Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased unless they are purchased from an E-tailer store.

The following products are not eligible for return: electronic software downloads, subscriptions to the Software-Up-To-Date program, Gift Cards, and any downloadable products(software, ebooks). In the case of items returned with a gift receipt, baddee will offer you a Gift Card equal to the purchase price of the gift, including tax and any other fees. Once the seller receive your item(s), a refund is initiated immediately. If you cancelled a pick up item, and you were billed for the item, we initiate your refund immediately after you submit your cancel request.

The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method: Credit card refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within five business days of receipt of the returned item. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account. Gift Card payments will be refunded in the form of a new Gift Cards or Credits within eight business days. Please allow up to five business days to receive your new Gift Card via your desired courier service. If you are returning an item at a physical store, you will receive a new Gift Card. Cash payments will be refunded in the form of a check from or their memeber store, which will be mailed to your billing address within 14 calendar days of receipt of the returned package.

Please note we will only send the cheque to the registered purchaser listed on the original receipt. Names can not be changed.
