Throughout its inception the cafe has brought much joy and laughter to the owners and customers alike. Sadly in August, the owner had a turn for the worst and was hospitalized, bringing the sale of this magnificent restaurant at an incredibly low price.

The cafe is already fully equipped and running without any problems attracting new and repeat customers. Leaving the competition behind, it offers a wide range of Middle Eastern, Western and some Asian cuisine.

With a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, outside cooking area for breads and bbq, this restaurant can realize anyone's dreams in an instant.

1- Size of the seating Area, approximately in ft2
1900 Sqf not including outside parking area. Seating Capacity is 50 inside and currently no seating is outside on the street front.

Parking is free for customers.

2- Age of the kitchen equipment and whether these are in need of maintenance/replacement/refurbishment.

The age of the equipment is less than 1 year old, some still with warranty (oven and fridges).

3- Opening hours and whether personnel work on shift basis

We open from 12 pm – 12+ am and usually we stay open until 2 am due to the nature of student activity. It is recommended to open 24 hours.

4- No. of waiters/waitresses and number of assistance chefs?

4 Staff: 1 Head chef, 2 assistant cooks, 2 drinks / service staff

5- Approximate average monthly gross income and average monthly Net income
Full reports available on initial discussions. Averages are below:

Income: 1200-1500 / day
Chef Salary: 2500 / month
Assistant cooks: 1200 / month
Drink and Service Staff: 1100 / month
Rental: 5500 / Month
Utilities vary. Internet, phone, mail etc all are standard.

Who is currently managing the restaurant?
It is still managed by the owners and family.

Is there any outstanding debts/contracts/etc.?
None! The cafe sustains itself with cash payments to suppliers and no accounts are due or overdue.
